Kimurdok, hopefully this answers your question:

The card with the wires is the thing that you find underneath one of the computer desks downstairs. It is underneath one of the computers in the 2nd room downstairs, the one with 5 or 6 computers, not the main first room. You have to combine it with the black thing that you find ontop of the computer in the locked room, and then connect the blue cell phone to all of that.

You get the User ID code from

one of the computers in the locked room, which you access using the yellow keycard. You have to then play a wire connecting game to get the ID

I still can't complete the game >_< I guess I just don't have the patience...

Cool I like games from Gotmail.
Ok so far I have got. Two mobiles, Unicorn statue, lazer pen, antenna,
two key cards (yellow and blue). Already used the yellow one to open a door. And one more item not sure what it is. But very similiar to the key cards.
Oh and I even got a card from one mobile. Still can't get past the lazer beams on the stairs and can't open the door under the stairs.
