Compare the notes you have and look for numbers and then divide by 3, that's all you have to do.

Got to the password clue too... not good at translation even from one note to the other

I think the number from the paper was

12411

but I'm not 100% sure. Just compare the papers and

look for the same patterns in the text that you can find in the other paper which tell you which number is which pattern.
