I have a problem : I don't know why the screen always frozen, when I was facing the red chair, after get the sponge...... no arrow or the point figer show on the screen, what's the problem? Does anyone has a same problem?

I cant seem to get the code for the door to work

The code shown on the pinboard in the kitchen, it change every time you enter the game. I got the code, but I couldn't find the relative door (w/panel) to open.

To get the door to appear (because it is not there until..)..you play the piano notes correctly and the music starts playing...this got me aggrivated for a while also! when you play the song correctly the song will play in the background for a while..if you hear no music try again..the door appears after the blue corridor with candles across from the fire place! hope that helped!!!! good luck

oh and all this is in the walkthroughs Dont be lazy..just read them theres like 10 different ones and they are all helpful

Okay I like just started playing and there are 40 rooms to explore...I think i've been to about five rooms. But I don't understand this!

I've done everything up to the door with the code, because I can't read what it says on the noticeboard in the kitchen!
Please help me!

P.S. I've tried all the codes that ppl have posted in here and in the walkthroughs.

The walkthrough on the doors is no help at all you need to put it in as

Click In This Order
[] [Third]
[First]
[Second][Forth]

It took me forever to figure out you have to do that not click it 2 times and so forth

I'm stuck - got the sponge and used on the mirror made a note of the pattern - how do you get through the upstairs door not the same pattern - HELP!!!!!

The numbers refer to the order in which you knock.

M2, Figured It Out Yet

I am stuck trying to get upstairs to the second level. After leaving the bathroom that i used the sponge on the mirror...do you turn left or right to go upstairs. I have read all the walkthroughs...but still can't figure out how to get to the second floor. Thanks in advance for any help here.

With the door in the first level, I did the knocks but I still can't get the door to open. Is there something else I have to do?
