I'm missing one thing, I can't get the computer to start!

Walktrough so far I've got!!

• Click the red cup, you will get a little ball
• Go back and go right
• Click somewhere near the left corner of the table, you will get a close-up of the books and another ball
• Go back and click the top of the book-case, you will get a wire
• Go back and click the corner of the carpet, you will get a key
• Go back and go right
• Click the lower part of the screen, you will see three drawers. Click every drawer and get out what?s in them (some paperwork, another wire)
• Go back and click right
• Click the corner of the carpet, you will get some papers
• Click the lower part of the left chair, you will get a screwdriver
• Click the ventilation hole and use the screwdriver with it. You will get a weird-shaped thing
• Click the right armrest of the left chair, you will get a third cord
• Go back and go left
• Turn off the light
• Go right and click the right painting a couple of times, you might have to try it twice, until it falls on the ground.
• Now click in the square
• Drag all the pieces on to the safe
• Click the top and it will open. Get out the square thing
• Go back and turn on the lights
• Now click right again and go to the safe on the ground, use the key with it and get out the papers
• Use the third cord with the laptop

Now I only need to start the computer.. How do I do that?

I have got

three cords, a ball which I got from the cup, a screwdriver( used it and got another item, not sure what it is.), a diary and papers with code.

btw: you have to use the balls dn the thing on the safe (described it in my 'temporary' walktrough)

Yeah I saw that you have given a walkthrough. But I haven't looked at it yet. Will use it if I am very very badly stuck. I have already used the ball and the strange thing on the safe. I got the third cord from the

drawer

Click on the right hand rest of the left couch and you will get the third cord.

Have you got all the items Hollandgirl. I have got them all and now working on the password for the computer.
I have tried the ones that are in the paper but they don't work.

i haven't got the computer on, how can i get the cords in?

For the cords

Use the socket you got from the safe near the couch first. Then use the top right one from the inventory and the second left one from the inventory, on the left and right side of the socket. Then just drag the second right cord from the inventory to the attached cords. All three will be used.

i'm sorry i'm really confused, with the socket you mean that square thing right? but i can't use it? where do i have to use it?

Have you seen the switch board that is under the table. When you have a closer look of the computer(such a look where you can see the door) Click on the right grey side of the table. And you will see the switch board.
And yes I am talking about that square thing. It's a two pin plug.
