Can't find the helmet...

Same here, i've got

two black blocks???? and some kind of rubberband???? and no idea where to use it.....

I have a gas can, one black block, a blue cable, a red cable, and found a thing ?, that goes in the spaces to escape. Used gas, cables, and one block, behind something. Still missing one block so far and a helmet that i know of.
