After hole in top...grab light above head and pull (twice?) it breaks plant point off then advance in tube and then stay still then back up and yuou will fall through past the catcus plant.
That's where I am other than I think we must poke a hole in the tube below through large rusted hole to blow stuff away from exit. Not sure of how yet.

Click on the rust spot and it will blow.

Okay, so far, I have managed to smash the fruit on the window and put the juice on the floor and waited till it dried.
Now I am stuck again.

When the juice is not dried move the cupboard

Tried attacking guard and got captured and made way back to beginning cell and worked way back to monitoring room. Still working on it.

I left the control room without doing anything and decided to take the corridor to the left.
