I can't seem to get the access code to work at the end of the third stage.

I entered:

4884 but it doesn't seem to work at all. I moved the thing and got the code from there. Any ideas?

you understand there are three big boxes that appear when you click the pond right. within the middle box there is a smaller one close the tree trunk and one of those blue things (whatever they may be). does that help a little?

Yes, I've done that. And nothing. When I hit the submit button, it simply clears out the boxes and repeats the same message

Weird. I started over and it worked fine. It still won't work in my original game.

I got it yesterday, and have been stuck since.

[spoiler=crystal ball] First you empty syringe into dome.

Then click the light switch twice and check out surroundings.

Pick up DNA from puddle by dome.

Pick up juice you put in dome.

Go back to machine in hall and put liquid in pay slot.
