No problem, it only took a quick search.

This one got looots of codes.

So far I got on items

candle (lit and used), door handle? (used), dog collar, horse leg (used), light bulb (used), elastic looking white thingy with loops at the end.

Hmm the 3 digit code for cabinet doesn't work..

1 = bird, 2 = dog, 3 = horse

I counted:
6 birds
6 dogs
1 horse

but 661 doesn't work.

I wonder what for purpose the mini-sharks in the drawer have.

I found some translations on escapegames24. I don't know if they are correct, but here they are:

Book
犬=dog
魚=fish
植物=plant

-Mirror
Drawing: Japanese writing format
Calendar: arithmetic writing format

-Back of the drawing
ソーンヲケセ = erase "thorn" (become much easier if once translated)

-Note
animal_number is
animal + xxxxxxxx

-Note in the capsule
animal_number x dogs'_legs

So I think that the books give you the clue for the 3 digit cabinet code

植物=plant =1
魚=fish = 2
犬=dog = 3

I counted:
5 plants
3 fish
6 dogs

If I missed to count one plant (or the tree must be counted too - it's a plant after all), it would be 636 indeed

Got key that I used to

Unlock the part of the cabinet with the red box.
Lock is in lower closet part of cabinet

For the red box

I am sure we have to use the numbers from the calender (horizontal), and the numbers from the dogs (vertical). 15 goes in the center.

Got red box open!

For the dogs: work column by column (from right to left, from top to bottom).
For calendar the numbers in order from lowest to highest (left to right).

Got key

Use the hand you got form the red box to grab the key in the aqua regia

And now I got black capsule.

Exactly where I am now. What does the note say, and has anybody opened the safe behind the mountain? Also, the paint on the back of the dogs? GotMail games often have red herrings.

can be opened as a last thing you do.

Beware of

the four digitcode, 3 digits work too starting with zero

After you've opened the window you

get a tool to use on backside of painting with dogs

I am stuck with the 4 digit code.

animal_number = animal + xxxxxxxx
animal_number x dogs'_legs

animals = 6 dogs + 6 birds + 3 fish + 1 horse = 16
animal number = 16 + 5 (from erasing thorn) = 21
21*(6*4) = 504

Using 0504 doesn't work.

Where am I going wrong?

fish and birds don't count

From what I've read on the EG24 site when I was there, you probably should

have to start with 16, so just try some combinations. From what I know 0504 should work. Mine was 528

Have you done everything else in the room there is to do?
I followed you steps about the red box but it didn't work for me until I had done everything else that goes before opening the box.
