Scramagram Kitchen Escape

Another room escape / hidden object game from Rogue Joker.
Staying at a lovely bed & breakfast, you awake from a restful sleep feeling ravenously hungry. You venture into the kitchen in search of something to eat. But the door swings shut behind you and won't open again.
Locked in the kitchen, you search around the room for hidden letters which, once rearranged, will give you the password to exit.

Need one more letter but have no clue where it can be.
Found a lot of hotspots but not all of them have letters as far as I know.
I have found

T C I M N E U L, have a free space between the T and the C.

Don't think that I have to continue looking because I'm clueless about the word.
My English isn't good enough to guess what the word can be.
Too bad. I came so close.

Kept on struggling untill I really had enough of searching.
Found my last letter with help of EG24.

Now trying to make a word with what I got. Don't know if what tipper75 wrote is a hint or that it has anything to do with the ending.

I'm out with help and have eaten my sandwich too.
On EG24 found a site that gives anagrams for letters.
Have to remember that one.
