i closed the scene with tv (after giving the soda) to look for a "present", when i came back to that scene later, it wanted the "drink" again.. but it had already been "used". do i have to start the game again??

Try to look on top of the tv. (Not zoomed in) Click the antenna on top of tv

Allrighty.. Im no good at writing walkthroughs so I will leave that to someone else.. But to start you off a bit you could face the wall, straight. Click down and click the table. Under there you will find some stuff at two locations. Also check out the top of the bookshelf.
