I'm not getting very far.

Got cap, key (used), stool (used), bulb (used), machine of keys (don't know which one I need, the obvious from the clue doesn't work anywhere), a screen thingy(?) that can be attached somewhere I guess, a green medal/coin, a switch.

If you are talking about the clue from the cabinet use it:

on the machine of keys... once you get that key card??? turn it around

I used club shaped key:

on cabinet with the "key clue"

Not sure where to use stool, cap, green coin, screen thing (attached somewhere but can be removed), switch.
Where did you get the bulb???

EDIT: Found two places to use stool:

(1)On table in room... not sure how that helps. (2)In other room... this gives you the bulb

Found some roman numerals: I, II, IV, V, VI
Not sure where to use them

EDIT:Made some progress:

Bulb can be placed in hole in wall to the right of the lockers and then you can place the screen thing on top of that... still need to find code to turn on bulb

Once you use the "club shaped key" under the sink and turn the knob, one of the sinks can be turned on... fill cap with water (odd, lol) and empty it in the sink to get a screw

Screw can be opened with green coin which gives you a paper with code (*68) not sure where to use

EDIT:Still More Progress

The "blank" lockers can be opened by using the number machine... to get the "keys" for the lockers I used the "*68" clue I got from the screw...

The rows need to add to 68

... this gave me a few other clues including the roman numeral III

The roman numerals are the key to turn on the lightbulb to the right of the lockers... notice their positions
This then gave me a code... still not sure where to use it...

Found a blue balloon (floated above fan) pink square, pink star which helped me unlock the socket next to the fan and now I have the fan plugged in, but I can't turn it on... tried the switch/remote control, but it isn't working

EDIT:Slowly getting there

To turn on fan you need to zoom in on remote and press the button... this moves the balloon above the table where you put the stool to reach it

You need to pop it on the plant and you get the "heart shaped key" to use on the key hole to the right of the door to get keypad... I used code from lit up screen

Ending is pretty funny... now I want some milk

I have only been able to find the Roman Numerals I and III. Where are the others? Do they have anything to do with the baskets. I have noticed that the corner baskets have small rectangles...any relation to my lost roman numerals?

The corner baskets, when you click on them, should have roman numerals... not sure why yours only show rectangles

I cannot turn on the light bulb. I'm pushing the panel buttons the number of times as the roman numerals in the baskets from top left, top right, bottom left, bottom right.

Also, what is the meaning of the roman numerals in the cabinets?

You need both the roman numerals from the cabinets AND the baskets... combine them to turn on the lightbulb

Couldn't have done it with out the help from mistery and QTSuzie

Also the roman numerals didn't appear for me either in the baskets, I'm using Firefox maybe thats why
