What is the item that is the far most right in the inventory?

NVM. It is one of the items mentioned above. I just needed to figure out how to use it.

on blank areas on calendar to get key

the rest is a snap.

What do I do with the chisel? Can't seem to figure that out.

Click on the bottom of the big cabinet and you will see a sort of crack in the side of the cabinet. Use chisel there.It looks like the same sort of crack as on the sofa.

I'm out and for once without help.

that crack, but I'gotten a pen and used it on the calander, but nothing happens, well, my pen vanished, but now key

Once I used the stamp it was easy.
