I got into the second room, but this is too much of a pixel hunt for me

Okay, thought the game was bugged because I couldn't go back in the last scene but you don't need to go back.
Out with help finding one letter and what to do in the end.
It is dark in the game but for me it wasn't a pixel hunt.

blue A, R, & M, glove, knife, two bullet bombs, gold star, & a granade; i am in the scene with the door & can't go forward or backward; i have used everything everywhere
