ok so the black guy ate me and now im stuck.. ive been wandering around him for hours now... ive been to the light and the eyball and all the rest... i even went to (what i think are) his testicles... but i dont know..... so im stuck

I can't get past the hand... Do I have to click on the grey dots in the mentioned order? I can't drag and drop anything nor does it works if I click the fingers in the correct order... pls, if you could give me another hint.

I got to the bit where I was inside the stomach and gave up as it was too freaky.
