Just need RED chip. I figure it must come from the

speaker w/ 3-digit code, and the hint for it is on the keyboard, but can't get the code right.

EDIT: Got it... very sneaky trick.

the dart board is pretty random. I still got it but I don't know if there is a clue somewhere that say if you must place the dart sear the center or the edge.

The front of each chip gives you a clue.
