I am stuck at what I believe is the last code, I can't find a clue any where, going to look for help

that appears on all three scrolls in this game

Well, I'm stuck with the the items that should go to gether and another thing that is 2 things combined. Can't find another puzzle .. just coming up blank and probably over looking something that is staring me in the face.
