I've got what looks like a paper clip and a pen attached to a metal thing. Can't figure out what these things are or their function

Ok I zoomed. Seems I have a black marker - a broken paper clip and a stethascope. The marker and stethascope combine but not sure why- now I am stuck.

It would be great if you could add a tooltip text to the inventory items, so that we can at least speak about what we have found It's often difficult to guess what the items are

I've got blue water can, paper clip thing, and black thing with wire. Used the 3 shapes.

So far I have

a watering can (used, but still have), what appears to be a stethoscope, what appears to be a pen (combined with stethoscope now), a clip (used, but still have), and a chainsaw. I already used a star, circle, and square.

No, I got the wire thingy/hook, but not the other item.

You can

pull the nails out under the plants with the clip behind the trashcan. You get a chainsaw for it.

Also

fill the watering can with water and use it on the shapes in the freezer if you haven't already.
