Thanks Yvonne! But that wasn't the problem. My issue was that..

You first have to move the pink box.

Click everything that sticks out of the pink box to close it. Then click the left side of to move it out of the way. Click the ladder and then the top of the bed to go up. Clink the pillow, and click quickly the underwear beneath it.

at the end.

I'm still struggling just like earlier today. I gave up then but I want to finish now. Have only 3 items in the red bag, need a lot more and no clue on where to find them. Have read all the posts but there is nothing there for me. Stuck with a frozen key.

You have to find the palm leaf that has a pattern on it, it changes for every game. Then you can solve the puzzle in the freezer, you can move the pieces. Then thaw out the key in the oven. You have to hit the oven with the mallet to turn it on. After it beeps, you can get the key. I used the oven mitt, but it may not be required,

Yes I did..I went to the door and it won't let me out...

close the little flaps in the right top and bottom
