I have a rag (used) and a key. The screen shows me an up arrow by the chandalier, but won't go there. Any ideas?

Things are not working well...I've tried to put the key everywhere on the piano and nothing works. Also still cannot access a ceiling view.

Ok, got he key to work on the piano.....stuck again. I'm just not good at some of these games, but I like them so much that I just keep coming back for more frustration.
