Bad end.

What are the things that look like puzzle pieces? Kept trying to lay them down and then tried to put them on the wall ..

Got bad end on my own without using any items
Will try to find some help to get the good end.

Edit:
Made some progress on my own. Used tuningfork and got the 3 digit box open.
Now let's see what more I can figure out on my own.
Yay, got the escape success end all on my own. Never thought that I would get it alone after my bad end.
