recliner handle, but where do you get the lighter?

Not sure if this has anything to do with anything, but there is something long and brown on the left side of the pedestal plant? Maybe?

There is

a rock under the bench you can use the pick axe to get. I am guess you need to use it to make sparks for a fire, I just don't know where.
