Stuck now, although I have an idea what I should do now, just can't figure it HOW

pretty sure the game is bugged. i have clicked everywhere and can't find anything new and the code on the paper doesn't work for the card. you can't put anything on it. i erased old data.

a hotspot on the top right of the dresser
