Am I out or not? It looks like I found everything, but all I see is what looks like a bunch of Oriental (Chinese? Japanese?) text followed by the game resetting.

What exactly do you mean by "nothing happens"?

You should see a game screen with Japanese writing on a light blue background. If you click this, the game should start.
