This is a very weird one.
Tried some things on my own but got nowhere.
Looked at EG24 and made some progress but not sure how it will help me.

Somehow from the text in the cellphone you get that you should spell the word Dijkstra in japanese (but not using japanese letters).
It is spelled: しちにのなとなからすち
