Language barrier = very yes

So far I have

a red book that I can't read a word of, a screwdriver, some redish-brown oblong thing (I don't know if it's a stick or a pencil, could be either), a toy lion, and a coin

used on the scratch card in the top drawer of the side table

could have been nice...

whithout that d... language barrier. if you don´t speak japanese you have no cance but "use everything on everything" and brute force the digit code. Both methods which I hate!

even the hints are in japanese!!!...no chance of completing this game....i quit!!

I'm slowly getting over the language barrier using Kanji and Hiragana lists on Wikipedia and Google translate. So far I have that scratch card translated...

The answer is

ok, i quit. i visited EG24 and they are saying that

the red book has info needed to get the door code, and apparently everyone's numbers are different
