look at the second stair view type in words as they are on the left and right chair. Anyone know how to get the ladder.

the letter on the stairs are a code that inputs in to the back of the chairs

found a small keyed panel under avatar poster - inside is a half circle and three prongs

no further though and still no ladder

Found a lever under the dr. suess poster, don't know what that accomplished. still no ladder
