I used the nipper? on the

wire I got after using the hammer and got an antenna but it's stuck in my inventory...HELP

i've been dragging that hammer EVERYWHERE where the bar is and around it and nothing has happened.

@New...you first have to find the spot before using the item.
In view with bar:
Spot is about fourth row from the bottom right side of the screen and about third brick from the right. There is a little bit more cement between the bricks, kinda like a white spot.
