thought I had order for colors but it isn't working

For the color code

you should have three clue words for the color order. The letters appear a certain amount of times each

I think my brain is slowing down with the rest of me (old age) , I just can't figure this out

I have the "decoder" book erased but unclear what that instruction is telling me to do. Everything else done as well except door code.

middle color block stays put while all the outer color blocks march around it one space in the direction of the decodebook arrow
