This one's a bit tough... have

a tile with hearts/clubs/spades/diamonds clue on it - and I can move the eagle wings on the mirror....

but stuck

Wee bit of progress

move tiles to say MY START and put empty tile between to get key... got into the toilet and got a rag (which goes in the washer, but can't figure out the buttons) and a plug-in for the computer... no clue on the name & PW.

got nosier and found something .. but not sure how to use that info.

got a wrench (or that is what it looks like)

Daughter called .. and now after 30 minutes of talking, I'm back and found a new view. Why the view? Did find an item that is mentioned above. Sure could use some help here.

Another view with 5 characters/people - ad for another game? cartoon people that is a clue?
Clue on mirror after you get the water going - need translator . Guess that is it for me. According another site "do not waste water"

Sorry Tipper - ignored you. Forgot to refresh. Evidently an err on the other walkthrough .. I was trying to think if the dog looked like someone I should Know and knew it wasn't Snoopy Since I cant read the mirror - I guess I'll hang up my spurs.
