Okay. I'm just missing the 1st and 3rd red ball. I'll probably obtain them when I crack the qwerty code and the bookcase code. I plod on...

EDIT: Cracked. Now I just need the first ball...

Okay, now I'm stuck. Missing 1st and 3rd ball. And like Slerk I must crack the qwerty code. I just hope I can figure it out.

edit: Ugggg found the first red ball. Don't know how but I missed it. Now back to code.

Combine the qwerty code with the number code in the bookcase

The number code denotes positions

Okay.

Look at your keyboard and copy down the letters that are missing in the qwerty code. Then look at the number code. The 1st large number is a 2 and that denotes the 2nd row. The small number is the position of the missing letter within the row, that is in this case, the 1st position. Okay, back to qwerty code. The 1st position in the second row is "s"

I hope that's clear. If not, I'll try to explain it better.

now stuck with

remote, 2 red circles(1 from light & 1 from fruit bowl) and a shard of glass have gotten paper from printer & put it in scanner

that is where you use the item you get after solving the qwerty clue
