was doing really well for a while but am now stuck with

a crowbar, a chain hook, & a counterbalance have made & placed a bridge

you should be able to get out. put the chain and hook on the police car, the counterbalance on the other end (once its already on the cop car, you have to go accross your bridge to do this) and then use the crowbar to open up the vent. out!

You need first to place the bridge :

go up and place it on your left
