I found 2 sushi and something that looks like a microscopic picture with erythrocytes by exploring the room.

One sushi I got from the box with the letters.

look at the Japanese characters above the box closely.

I solved the clock puzzle half by logic and half by trial and error

Think 24-hour clock. The first number of the code is 1. The small minute hand is on the 8. I can't be 20:00, so it must be somewhere 19:00 and 19:59.

and obtained yellow sushi.

Got a red sushi from the mathematical shapes puzzle

The first fish (top) tells you on what to focus on.

I am just having problems figuring out the logic of the menu to get the right order

you can find it on the table in the middle of the room.
The green dots tell you which sushi need to be turned green (when you turn the sushi around you can make a rectangle green).

Got it by pure trial and error
