I couldn't either at first but

in the scene with the three different shaped stones. Notice the cloud and then click circle first, then just as the cloud indicate and repeat yet another time

push the circle, then the square twice then the triangle once in the scene where the three big shapes are (the cloud with the clue, too).

@MimosaStar--Use the scissors

on the fence with the lit up thingy and the skyscrapers to the right, on the bottom right hand side.
