8 plates and a key that doesnt work -still havent opened the animal drawer. any hint for the colour code?

zulu use fork on puzzle to get a pin and put that in placed coconut

Thanks for the hints. Stuck with 8 plates and the other stuff. Is the string puzzle significant?

It holds a nail, remove with the fork, and use it to get the milk from the coconut

Placed a green coconut and a pipe (smoking type), and I have a cup, a statue and 7/9 plates in my inventory.

No clue about the codes.

Edit:

look at the columns on the door for a hint to the number code
