Medieval Puzzle Escape

I think the clue to the number puzzle is located

on the floor behind the first barrel

but I can't seem to count correctly.

Has anyone solved puzzle 7? I thought I had it but my picture kinda sucks.

For puzzle 7, I was SURE this would be the answer (clue on one of the crests).

For puzzle 7 is was looking at the design on the bed quilt in the little room view. Not enough there to finish it tho..

I am embarrased to say this, but I was only working with one room view. I didn't see the arrow to lead me to the view with the bed.

I, too, thought that was the answer to puzzle 7.

That 5-digit clue is certainly irritating. I think I'll hang it up for a while.

I am hanging it up for awhile too. Doesn't help the phone keeps ringing. This one requires some peace and quiet and concentration. Glad you found the New World Christopher Columbus (slerk) That was pretty good getting that far without all the screens.

I don't know how to do a screen capture so I will try to describe it. Make it like donaud's post #17 except

cut the bottom 2 corners in on a 45 degree angle.

Of course, we still have to solve that number puzzle.

EDIT: Apparently, there are only 11 candles....so now the number code works

First of all, HOW on EARTH did you figure out/think to crop those corners, and why the heck would the author draw it that way ??!!

Hi all, I've been playing a bit and thought I had one puzzle licked as a mark appeared below it but now it is a mess again? Maybe I was wrong the first time? I'll probably be working on this again tomorrow as I'm not moving fast at all. Saw something that looked interesting but can't get it, so guess I don't need it Back to clicking all around things.

How to solve the 5 number code

It's on the floor behind the first barrel. It says

books x, windows x, coats of arms x and candles - (nevermind the "-" after candles) which means, multiply together the number of each of these objects

Count the number of books in the bookshelf + 1 from the table (61 total). There are 5 windows and 3 coats of arms. Count the number of candles in the chandelier + 3 on the barrels (11 total). Ergo, 61 x 5 x 3 x 11 = 10065
