Got the refrigerator open... and stuck :/

Got the fridge open, and something from a drawer, and I'm stuck too.
Not sure what this means: single flower pic with the letter at the bottom- click and look at the bottom left... I wish I could translate this one

Look at the top of the curtains, two spikes(?) are different
