Not loading, for me, in FF

It's loaded and I'm playing, but language is a huge barrier for me. I have

a key (underside of table-used), three cards with Japanese writing on them (one on bottom blanket in second scene to the right, one in second drawer in where the dressers and wardrobe (closet) is, (I believe, don't quote me on that), and one where the shelves are. Also a ladder in the closet in the second scene to the right, with the two doors.

I know where it goes, just not sure what to do with it when I'm done. Hmmmm....keep playing, I guess.

Found

a bottle of something in the white cabinets. Use the ladder to get up there.

Found

a stick (near star shelves) and a code involving haiku (575 in the bottom drawer) and a fourth tile (not sure where, though)

--and I'm out.

4 carts with chinese written on it and still botlle and stick(both used)

i know where they go ,but no clue about the order

(Yes, I know that's not what I want to say. Just not sure what it is I do want to say. My brain's backwards this morning)
