Have found all

4 of the letters

But can't place them correctly.
Looks like

letters correspond to the countries on the map and must be place geographically from East to West.

Also have

opened suitcase, and have a locked box in my inventory

EDIT: solved country code and then

got key to open locked box. Now have some type of gem(?) and a plug(?) in inventory

OUT. Somewhat easy, graphics pretty weak.
