there are two boxes. Are you typing into the correct one? If you are, then it might just be a bug, I didn't have any trouble with opening either of them.

opened two boxes but still short one tile - I think. Saw a hint as to what to do with them but I've not found that area yet. Avoiding backing up into the first room as someone warned against doing that. Have another thing I should be able to use - think I'll work on that.
Aha! used it and got a 4th tile.
Found placement at last .. that calls for a porch break.
And I'm out at last! Thought I would be able to go down place that had a sign pop up that said I couldn't go there ..
