also have seen three boxes to input codes

opened one box and found 1 of 4 missing pieces to round puzzle

found match (lit) and used knive on sofa to get crowbar

placed and lit candles (on altar), got code for symbol puzzle, then got another puzzle piece, and code for box. Opened box and got saw

used saw on chain and got 3rd puzzle piece

Wow...I can't seem to find anything....got a #'s code and found a box....am I just blind?

Ok that was pretty easy once I restarted and actually could see my items. Out!

before I restarted there were no items anywhere. LOL

knife, lit match, and flashlight (no batteries)...

I so can't find things or read hints...

Hints 4 U

Ok, the boxes are not near their codes. For instance, the box with what appears to be SESAME above it doesn't use that code...find the orange box it goes to. You need to find all four pieces of that circle puzzle to get the letter-number code for the pages on the wall. Everything you need is hidden at the very bottom of each room's screen. You can't put the batteries in the flashlight until you have both. You put both candles on the altar looking thing...one on the middle right and one on the middle left, and light them. Use the knife on the bench. For the symbol puzzle on the wall, you will uncover a code for it and you click the symbols in that order...its like flower, sun, flower, cross, something...or something like that.

lucked out on opening one box. two others hmm .. Its really was too late to start a game. I'll give it a few more minutes.
stuck on one in dark room. Probably looking at it all wrong. did find 4 of 4 pieces needed.

Thought that had to do with DEATH but hint above made me think it was something else - like perhaps numbers on a wall. I did try 22101325 (22 for D etc) not sure if that 3 is right for T

Just one item still available that I've used a few times.
Almost 1 a.m. so hanging it up.
