I had no trouble. Do you mean you can't USE the key? Because

you have to zoom in on the door to use it.

If you mean you can't pick it up, well then, I don't know what could be wrong

have a look at the paper, it gives you a hint to the correct order.

Thanks, I thought that I had tried that but now it did work.
And out

Make sure that when you have all the coins that you need to look at them. I had written them down but when I tried the combo it didn't work untill I looked at the coins again and then it did.(and yes, I had the right combo )
