glue also, but clicked on door by file cabinet and saw doghouse

got tape, clicked on "Next" and got message "END"...bug??

i'm stumped....just need the glue for the key...lots of messages, but no clue what to do with them

I also need the glue and the green stuff and a hint about the safe combination. Have seen many hints but not for the safe.
Found help on EG24 but it was hard to find stuff.
Out and not going to replay to get a different ending.
