Yeah, figured out after I posted.

Found knife

click under sofa, then on the right you see a part of it

Use knife

in bottom left corner where shelves are

to get key.

Go to next room.

And here I stopped because it was too pixel hunterish for me.

I didn't think it was too bad of a pixel hunt.

I got through into 3rd room (grey door). Have (unused) 4-digit #, but can't open top drawer.
Stuck with 2 unused items in inventory:

drawing pin, and key card

Eh... stopped. Followed Mistery, but only found a hammer when I needed a screwdriver! LOL Next!

in regards to the drawer code, I haven't gotten it either but:

when you smash the tv with the hammer, a number will flash in the upper right corner of the tv...but it doesn't seem to work on the drawer for me
