So it seems there is a little bug. For some actions you'll get notes, 15. But I missed the fourth even I did all. So I restarted, but this time I finished the wheel after ringing the bell and I got all notes.

Nice game, thanks for posting, bip. And you are correct about the bug. Do not push the red button until the wheel is finished.
