You'll get an empty test tube.

Try to do all chemical in this, not all is possible, I forgot what was going.

At the end you put this on door knob.

Put the blue one on the burner. The yellow one right of this, and at last the purple. Join all with the red tubes. Follow the book and turn the wheel to 25. You did it tight, when the yellow liquid moves. Then cut the blue/yellow tube (I first turned the wheel to 37, but it is perhaps not necessary.) and the purple liquid moves. Take it in inventory.

Not getting the chemicals. I have 3 different types of acid and I've already placed two other stuff in the test tube.
Finally got it.
