Oh, got sad end! Why?
So, there is more you can do!
On paper,

there is a turning arrow; so you can turn the paper, but there is nothing

Then, when you climb chair etc. and put the number in

3147

, you can

get red light bulb

and put in

flashlight

and 12 is readable on paper

By accident,

I put 13 instead of 12 in last code box

and changed the right colour

into red

(Really, I tried all, and that was, I switched the number from 2 to 3, hihi.)
And suddenly, I had happy end. No explanation for it!
