Need to solve note puzzle and red/gray puzzle.

Stumbled through note puzzle, now just need

1 blue medal

cant figure out the wooden pegs, I think they go with the arrows but cant seem to get it to go

Okay, got that done now, with help

black, circle, circle, white, black, white

Above the doors are numbers. The "normal" is 1/4, that is the black one, the circle with neck is a half note or 2 1/4; and the lonely circle is a whole note or 4/4. Highlight the flute by doing that.

But I can't find the hint for red and grey! All the others were easy for me.
