need matches or lighter
also need color code for

Started over and still no go with the sandpaper,

Sandpaper worked for me after reloading. Color code for me was

green, red, yellow and blue.

click buttons on tv x-time according to the code

glue+white powder,glue+red powder

put white powder on stick, dry it on a lamp above the table, same with red powder

use stick on sandpaper

Actually, this game is not at all buggy I figured it out, and its just a little difficult to understand why you need to do things.

You don't have to pick up the sandpaper, you simply use it to strike the match.
Look under the couch, and vacuum it. you will recieve the other part of the key.
glue both parts of the keys together.
use it on the door

I think, it's more the site with the advertising movies, which made problems and take many space. My browser made mysterious things. Than I blocked them all and could play. But after each click I had to wait, if sth. happens. All seems as if there is a virus, but closing the page and all is fine.
