have picked up and used one key, can't do anything else

found:
1 key - used;
3 slips of paper with animals - used
1 piece of paper with 3 digits of a 5 digit code.

Put them on the screen of the electronic device next to the door and hit the green button

3 of the letters on the eye chart are green when you click them, the rest are red, don't know what that means yet.

I'm out.

Use the 2 unclickable numbers on the eye chart for the last 2 digits, use this on the right combination locked cabinet, the rest is simple and will lead to another animal name, use this in the same place as the other animals, and use the code from that for the main door.
