I am stuck at the painting clue.I think I know where to use it but I cannot find the pattern.

Found bathroom key...

Place painting wingnut on man on shelf.

Found sink plug, now have game ball.
Have 2nd paper and now see 4 letter clue.
Cleaned painting, I see number combo is now available; are these asian numbers...?
Have 8/9 tubes of paint, and a screw knob; searching...
Found numbers....that was hard!

Numbers are shown as mirror images.

Placed paint tubes, ordered...out!
